Project Guidelines & FAQ
Q: What happens immediately after we submit a purchase order?
A: Once received, we will send you a welcome email containing your Project Onboarding Link and a scheduler to book your Creative Strategy Kickoff. We do not begin design production until we have aligned on strategy together.
Q: Can we request custom features or advanced technical integrations?
A: All web production is built dynamically to optimize visual storytelling, user experience, and seamless platform performance. Any highly specialized, advanced technical features outside our core menu will be evaluated during our strategy session to ensure feasibility.
Q: How do we handle content assets like logos, copy, and images?
A: You will be able to upload all existing brand assets directly through your secure onboarding link prior to our strategy session.
Q: What if our project needs change after the purchase order is submitted?
A: That is exactly what the Creative Strategy Kickoff is for! We will lock in and confirm the exact scope of work during that session before any production begins.
Project Terms & Logistics
No-Refund Production: Due to the custom, intensive nature of creative design, all deposits/purchase orders are non-refundable once design production officially begins.
Revision Policy: Your package includes one (1) round of consolidated revisions to tweak and perfect the design. Any additional changes requested after this round will be billed at our standard hourly studio rate.
Asset Sharing (Google Drive / OneDrive): To keep workflows seamless, all project assets (logos, images, copy) must be shared via a Google Drive or OneDrive link. Please ensure link sharing permissions are set to "Anyone with the link can view/download."
Final Delivery: Once the project is complete, your final design assets and deliverables will be transferred back to you via a secure digital download link.
